She replied,I meditate but not as most understand it.When I get home I’m tired so I rest for a bit then have a hot shower and change into light clothes. At times I dress up nicely as I will be invoking my beloved from my heart.I don’t ever make it into a ritual. My meditation is done with sincerity n devotion and not ritually.I then find myself going so deep I lose awareness of my worldly surroundings.I experience peace contentment and often a drunken ecstasy.Even at work my heart is contented as I try to remain in my heart space.She then gave me a hug n said.
