<title>Spirit world: &#8220;Meditation&#8221;I came to her door seeking to know why she was so peaceful n contented. She replied,I meditate but not as most understand it.When I get home I&#8217;m tired so I rest for a bit then have a hot shower and change into light clothes. At times I dress up nicely as I will be invoking my beloved from my heart.I don&#8217;t ever make it into a ritual. My meditation is done with sincerity n devotion and not ritually.I then find myself going so deep I lose awareness of my worldly surroundings.I experience peace contentment and often a drunken ecstasy.Even at work my heart is contented as I try to remain in my heart space. She then gave me a hug n said. BE IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF THE WORLD.</title>
